Adapted from Total Juicing! A great pick me up! Good for eyes and skin, ulcers and blood pressure, regularity, general cleansing, and cancer prevention.

  1. Juice carrots, then apple.
  2. Next juice cucumbers and lemon.
  3. Mix all together and drink up! Enjoy!

I think the lemon I used was too small, so I added the whole thing. I also added four medium strawberries, and that also tasted really good.

DH brought up my Jack LaLanne Power Juicer from the basement which made this drink in under 5 minutes. I'm going to drink the whole thing myself for breakfast as I'm fighting the flu. So I'm hoping the extra boost of vitamins will send this flu bug flying. The cucumber was the prominent flavor then the lemon (oops, I used the whole lemon). I did not peel the first cucumber so that was a dark green juice. The second one I did peel and it was a pretty light green. Oh, I wonder what a little crystallized ginger would taste like? Maybe just one very small piece. I well make this one again. Made for *Zaar Tag* game 2008
