I made the recipe as stated with the exception of mashing one strawberry from the allotted amount into the topping (to make sure I couldn't tast the mayo!) and was a few blueberries short so added a few blackberries instead. This was very light and tasty. I was hesitant about the topping at first but it came out really nice in the end and the family didn't realise how it was made  Will make this again in the future.

I liked this... the taste of he topping was different, and while I liked it, a bigger dollop would have been overpowering. The mayo is definiately there in the taste, I think that I would personally cut that back a bit to let the sour cream shine though a little more. I used powdered sugar so that the mix wouldn't be grainy and served it over paypaya, blueberries, pineapple and melon, yum! With a few slight changes to suit my personal preferences I will be making this again. Please see my ratig system: 3 stars for a recipe that takes a mayo/sour cream/lime combination and presents them in a whole new and interesting light. Thanks!
