This is a great summer recipe! It's great when you want something good, but don't want a hot meal. Use leftover chicken or cook breasts ahead of time. You can serve this on lettuce or make a sandwich.
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 apple, cut in pieces
- 2⁄3 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
- 2⁄3 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellmanns)
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Mix everything together and serve. Very simple and oh sooo yummy!
