Summer Turkey Sandwiches
"This is my version of a local sandwich I love. I get the craving too often to eat out every time, so I adopted it and make my own at home. I say "Summer" because the cucumber gives it a 'refreshing' taste. Yummy!"

Simple and delicious! Was looking for something easy to have for dinner and this fit the bill. Instead of French bread I used individual hoagie rolls since I was making it for only 2 ~ I used a light Philly cream cheese spread of garden vegetable because I couldn't find an herb and served with chips and pickle for a great dinner! Loved the cucumbers and cream cheese, new addtions to a sandwich for me and was an instant hit! Thanks for sharing your recipe :) -
