Delicious summer Salad
- Blanch and peel Tomatoes.
- Cut Tomatoes into eights.
- Put tomatoes in a bowl.
- Slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.
- Stir in Mayonaise and Dill and Salt.
- Refrigerate about two hours and serve.
Tomatoes straight from the garden, with the dill and mayo and onions-perfect! I came home after a long hot day and this hit the spot! Thanks!
