YUM! I made this as my after workout treat this morning. It was very good. I've never put grapes in a smoothie before but this worked out great. I used a 4 oz cup of FF peach yogurt and used the same amount of grapes and milk. Just a touch of sugar and vanilla. I will be making this one again. Thanks.
