Light and yummy, ready in a very few mins.
- 12 red seedless grapes
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (6 ounce) container peach yogurt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
YUM! I made this as my after workout treat this morning. It was very good. I've never put grapes in a smoothie before but this worked out great. I used a 4 oz cup of FF peach yogurt and used the same amount of grapes and milk. Just a touch of sugar and vanilla. I will be making this one again. Thanks.
Used considerably more than just 12 grapes (large ones, too) for this drink, & it was well worth it ~ Then I even doubled the recipe & had 2 very tall, very tasty drinks! I made this for breakfast and I have to say I have never had grapes in a smoothie but it really works! I used 1 TB of splenda (my only sub) and it was perfect. Made for ZWT4.
