It my be summer sensation but the salty tang of this oil is welcome year round! I highly recommend a crusty olive bread as a dipper.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 10 kalamata olives (pitted)
- 1⁄2 cup hard mozzarella cheese (diced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Dice olives.
- Mix cheese, oil, and olives in small serving dish or bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
