ingredients

• 1 cup olive oil
• 10 kalamata olives (pitted)
• 1⁄2 cup hard mozzarella cheese (diced)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Dice olives.
2. Mix cheese, oil, and olives in small serving dish or bowl.
3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
