Great light pasta salad for summer

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced & diced into cubes
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced into cubes
  • 6 ounces fat free zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper
  • italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook rotini as directed on box, then drain. Cut up vegetables and add to pasta. Add dressing and seasoning. Mix and refrigerate.
