From the Silver Palate Cook Book. Perfect for hot summer days when tomatoes are at their best and it is too hot to cook.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine tomatoes, brie, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper in a large serving bowl.
  2. Leave covered at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  3. Just before serving cook pasta according to package directions, drain and and toss into the uncooked sauce, season to taste.
  4. Plate and top with the Parmesan.
  5. Prep time does not include sitting time.
