Obag, this is a terrific salad, and so easy to put together. I tried this while in the US for Holidays so was able to try the Bernsteins light fantastic cheese fantastico salad dressing. which is not available here in Canada. To all of those who cannot get this type of Salad dressing, I would compare it to a parmesan Italian dressing, perhaps Newmans Own. At any rate, the flavours blended together so well, and made a light fresh salad that we all enjoyed. Thanks for posting a new way to enjoy orzo! :)

What a great idea... so simple, and so delicious. I agree with Chef-V: the raw white corn totally makes this. I've made this salad twice for large parties to much acclaim and everyone is surprised and delighted to discover the "secret" ingredient. I didn't have the recommended dressing, and substituted a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Wonderful (and good-looking) summer salad. Thank you!

Made this for dinner last night. Used Ken's Lite Northern Italian w/ Basil and Romano dressing. Is the Bernsteins a local dressing? Anyway, it was delicious. My family of 4 ate almost the entire salad!! My son kept asking what made the salad so sweet, then he figured out it was the corn!! The beans also added a nice change of pace from the usual salads. Loved it and will definitely make again. Thanks Obag!!

One of the best Zaar recipes I've made so far, literally out of hundreds. I used a garlic vinaigrette b/c I could not find the fantastico dressing and subbed asparagus spears sliced on the bias instead of green beans. I boiled the asparagus and then blanched them. Perfect and so easy!!

Now this is one BEAUTIFUL delicious cold salad. *O* made this for a large group recently while on vacation to accompany his Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers which was fabulous. I loved the combination of the White corn, tomatoes and green beans with the dressing. I told Obag, that this is one of those recipes that someone would sit and wonder what was in it. How was it getting that flavor. We decided, it was the fresh White corn, you can't see it in the salad, but you get a nice crunch and a flavor that is surprisingly good. Wonderful recipe and I did insist that he post it.... so I could make it at home. The first thing I said was... It is so beautiful and would be a lovely addition to a Christmas feast. As the dominant colors are red and green. Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing this recipe I will definitely be making this again and again. ~V (Next time I hope to get a pic for you) ;)
