Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 nectarine
  • 6 ounces fat free peach frozen yogurt
  • 12 cup dole pineapple juice (or Orange-Guava juice)
  • 12 cup sugar-free lemonade concentrate (or you can use Crystal Light)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smoothie consistency is reached!
  2. Enjoy!
