Our favorite summer time dessert. Great for impromtu bbqs. Ice cold and just the right amount of sweet. I prefer the apple, but the cherry is tasty too!

  1. Pour contents of pie filling into crust.
  2. Spread cool whip over top.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Seal with the plastic cover from the graham cracker crust and freeze for at least one hour.
  5. Longer is better.

Most Helpful good and super easy! After cooking most of my life, I should have thought of this before but never did :( I used cherry pie filling because we don't care for canned apple filling and it turned out great. Thanks for posting this "too hot to turn on the stove to make a pie" recipe! (To think I only used prepared graham cracker crusts for pudding pies and cheesecake before!)
