love this as a great side to an italian night. i also poured extra virgin olivwe oil on top. and served.

  1. Slice tomatoes 1/2 in thick.
  2. Mix oregano with flour and cornmeal.
  3. Salt and pepper slices.
  4. Heat butter in skillet.
  5. Dip slices in flour mixture.
  6. Cook in butter over med low until light brown.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
