ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled,seeded,& chopped
- 1 slice red onion, sliced however you prefer
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
directions
- Combine ingredients, mixing well.
- Divide into two bowls leaving some liquid in the bottom of each bowl.
- Refrigerate if desired and eat later or enjoy now!

I am not a great cook. I probably never will be a "great cook." But I really enjoy trying! I am so happy to have found this place to find great recipes to try out on my BF.
