Very tasty, easy and beautiful!
This is a lovely, fresh summery pasta dish. I served it cold with some spinach leaves, but apart from that, I made it as posted. Delish!
A lovely salad that works great for a picnic because there is no mayo. I too used extra lemon juice for a little more kick. Thanks!
Thought this was great. I just added a little salt and an extra garlic clove. I also used cherry tomatoes and found these great mini mozzarella balls that are the same size as the tomatoes and use those. I was a very pretty dish as well as tasty. I used the pasta, but next time I may not, not sure it even needs it!
Delicious and quick and easy - perfect for a quick summer meal. Thanks for shaing this keeper which we will be making again this summer!
This is a quick and easy recipe. We liked the flavors, although I omitted the pine nuts (my children dislike them) and added some salt (I like my tomatoes salty). I enjoyed the fresh herbs and will make this again. Thanks!
This recipe had a pleasantly mild flavor. Usually I prefer more bite, so if you do too I recommend more lemon juice, some balsamic vinegar, or hot sauce. My BF (who has a more midwest taste) liked this a lot just the way it is. I used a whole wheat rotini in this recipe, and reduced the total amount of olive oil to about 3 teaspoons. Also, I bought some pearly little pine nuts (that almost cost as much as pearls) then opened the grocery bag at home to find they weren't there! Grrrr. So I had to make the recipe without, unfortunately. Will be making this again, hopefully with some cute little pignolis too. Thanks Bunny Mom!
