A lovely salad to hold down the munchies between breakfast and lunch!
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free preserves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a bowl, blend cinnamon and preserves together with a fork.
- Add apples and toss.
- Top with strawberries and eat!
This was so easy and really very good this morning. I had it with vanilla yogurt and was happy with my breakfast selections. I used a small snacking apple, a few strawberries, and sugar free orange marmalade. Thank you for sharing your recipe! *Reviewed for PAC Fall '07*
