veru simple quick low fat dessert
- blueberries or strawberries or any summer fruit
- good quality plain white low-fat yogurt
- little lemon juice
- Stew the blueberries or other berries in a little water with the lemon juice until half soft.
- Find some really nice wide wine glasses.
- Add some of the fruit to the glass, then layer with the yogurt and the fruit to make it look nice from the outside.
