- 141.74 g dark chocolate, good quality, roughly chopped (at least 62%)
- 29.58 ml dark rum
- 29.58 ml heavy cream
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml water
- 0.25 ml salt
- In a small, heavy saucepan, combine chocolate, rum, cream, sugar, water and a pinch of salt.
- Heat over low-medium heat, whisking often, until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Pour over desired dessert!
