  1. In a small bowl, combine walnuts and water, drain.
  2. Toss walnuts with sugar.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a greased foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool on pan, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine fruits.
  6. Sprinkle with sugared walnuts and toss lightly.
  7. Springs with orange zest.
  8. Serve immediately.
