  1. Wonderful and very easy. I did add a sliced garlic clove, sauteed in advance with some sesame oil...

  2. Really good and easy to make. The husband even had a second helping, which makes this a definite "do-again", since it is very unusual for him to have seconds of vegetables. That alone makes this recipe a winner!

  3. Healthy and easy side dish. the amount of sesame oil was overwhelming for me so next time I will reduce the amount and add one or two cloves of minced garlic. Thanks for posting.

  4. Easy and quick!

  5. Awesome Asian inspired sidedish! Combo of veggies is great and I love the subtle flavor of the sauce. Distinct without being overpowering. I could still taste the flavor of the veggies. ;-) Thanks!

I am a stay at home mom to three young boys. I used to work as a pediatric speech language pathologist and that is when my husband coined my "name" but after the second baby I came home to stay- at least until they all get to school. I enjoy trying new dishes and am slowly trying to expand my family's (and my own) comfort zone for new foods. Thanks for allowing me that opportunity! <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Participation.jpg">
