  • 750 g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon glycerin
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons liquid glucose

Directions

  1. Sieve icing sugar.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Place water in a double boiler.
  4. Sprinkle gelatin and keep stirring.
  5. Add glycerin and liquid glucose to the gelatin.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Make a well in the icing sugar.
  8. Pour the mixture in the centre.
  9. Add egg white.
  10. Knead to form a soft dough.
  11. Store in an airtight container.
