Tasty little snack.
- Toss together sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts in large bowl. Place in 1 ½-quart casserole dish.
- Cut butter into 8 pieces and arrange on top.
- Cook on high in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes; stir and pour nuts onto a strip of foil. Toss to coat well. Serve warm or cold.
I use raw almonds and water instead of butter. Good and easy!
The recipe was very easy and quick. The glaze is not a hard sugar one like I was expecting, but it is still good. I may try this with Pecans as well.
