This was pretty good. I couldn't find SF cook-type pudding at my store, so I used regular cook-type. I wonder if you could just use SF instant? So our pie was not sugar free. It was not the best pie (like our favorite little restaurant in town), but it was good enough that I will make it again. I made it yesterday, and it tasted better today. It was an easy recipe to follow and quick to put together. Thanks for posting.

I added a thin layer of pudding mixture to the bottom of the pie crust, layered the strawberries, than poured the cooled mixture on top. We enjoyed this pie very much and like one of the other reviewers will try this with cherries too. Thank you ladypit!

So GOOD! Rob made this for our Easter Dinner. I forgot to buy a pie crust and didn't have time to make one so he ended up making a graham crust. IT turned out icky... but the filling was wonderful. And the pie looks so pretty when all put together. He put slices of strawberries on the bottom. Then put some filling on top. Then put another level of the sliced strawberries and topped it off with the remainder of the filling. Perfect! This was so easy to make and looks so wonderful. I can't wait to bring this to a family reunion. Thanks for sharing.

Super! Will make again. You would not know that this is sugar free. I am trying to cut back on the calories and this was perfect.

I made this into a cherry pie instead of strawberry by using black cherry jello and frozen cherries instead of strawberries. I used a whole wheat pie crust for a little extra nutrition. I also made mixture of cream cheese, sour cream and a little bit of sweetener for a topping. I then shaved some walnuts and put those on top. This pie was really good. I will definitely make it again. Very simple and tasty. Highly recommended.

This is a great tasting strawberry pie, and you would not know that it was sugar free. I made the pie on last Sunday, Father's Day. Had people asking for the recipe. I did make some slight adjustments to the recipe which worked fine for me. I added 2 cups of water to the gelatin and vanilla pudding and used a a low fat graham cracker crust. I found that it worked fine to cool the cooked mixture for 10 minutes before pouring it over the strawberries. I used four cups of washed, hulled and sliced strawberries. Thanks for sharing the recipe, colorboyswife, it is a KEEPER!!
