This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 ounce jello sugar free cheesecake instant pudding mix (1 package)
- 2 cups lite silk soymilk (reg flavor)
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Walmart professional whey brand recommended)
- Added all to blender until mixed well and creamy stored in refrigerator.
