This comes from the Splenda web site. If you prefer a mint hot chocolate..omit the coffee granules and sub two drops of mint extract.
- 3 -4 teaspoons Splenda granular
- 3 tablespoons cocoa (preferably Dutch processed)
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- Mix together SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener and cocoa in a small saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, whisking until blended.
- Cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
