Well, no added sugar. Obviously the fruit has sugar. The consistency is a little "bouncy" and it must be stirred. However it is credible and spreadable jam.
- 20 ounces berries
- 1⁄4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Boil fruit, gelatin, cornstarch and lemon juice for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove fro heat and add stevia to taste.
