I made it with 4 packets of Stevia and 12 packets of Splenda; tasted pretty good. I was afraid if I added more stevia it would get bitter. The ratios of cocoa, creamer and powered milk seemed to be dead on.

I am recently diagnosed pre-diabetic. I love hot chocolate and needed to find something I can drink. This is VERY good, a bit sweet for me, but really good. I am going to try doing 1/2 regular non-fat dairy creamer and flavored creamer. Thanks

I made this mix as a gift for a diabetic friend. The cocoa was rich and chocolatey but a little less sweet than I expected so I added and extra 3 packs of Splenda. Had to make myself a cup to do this review - and added a drop of peppermint oil. Yummy. That's indeed the beauty of this recipe. Depending on your preferences you can a bit of peppermint oil or crushed peppermint sticks. Add some instant coffee for a mocha beverage. The only limit is your imagination. The sifting is a must as it not only fully mixes the ingredients, it helps break up the dry milk powder which is much coarser than the other ingredients. Thanks for a nice addition to my holiday gifts.
