This is more of a question than a review. Can anyone tell me if baking the caramel corn for 1 hour at 275 degrees is absolutely necessary? I tried it and ended up taking it out after only 30 minutes. It seemed to me that it was burning and tasted better before I ever baked it at all. Thank you!!
