    Creamy and delicious, almost like soft-serve ice cream. I like to eat it with a spoon (add a bit more water if you prefer to drink it). This has about 150 calories but tastes like a lot more.

    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
    • 2 tablespoons water (or more if you prefer it to be more liquid)
    • 1 (150 g) container danone silhouette fat-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup) or 1 (150 g) container sugar-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup)
