Creamy and delicious, almost like soft-serve ice cream. I like to eat it with a spoon (add a bit more water if you prefer to drink it). This has about 150 calories but tastes like a lot more.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons water (or more if you prefer it to be more liquid)
  • 1 (150 g) containerdanone silhouette fat-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup) or 1 (150 g) container sugar-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup)

  1. Combine in a food processor (or blender) at high speed until blueberries and yogurt form a stiff slush.
  2. Enjoy.

Had a good taste, but I didn't really care for the grainy texture. I also needed a lot more liquid just to get it to mix in my blender...I don't know maybe my blender sucks!

Had this for breakfast this morning and WOW! What a great tasting smoothie. I used plain yogurt as that is what I had available, and a little berry splash instead of the water. I shared with a co-worker and we both agree this is the best tasting smoothie we have ever had. Thanks so much for posting!.

What an indulgent-tasting breakfast this was. I've tried similar ingredients in a smoothie but never as "frozen yogurt". Why didn't I think of that? Wonderful.
