A great, diet-friendly, morning starter.
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened soymilk
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 1 ounce mango, cut in pieces
- 1 ounce strawberry
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to desired thickness. Enjoy! Fast, easy, healthy start to your morning. And it's DELICIOUS!
Made this as directed except used 1% milk and didn't use strawberries because I didn't have any. I also threw a few ice cubes in to thicken it. It was good and sweet enough without adding any sweetener.
Pretty, pink smoothie heaven. I added extra mango after tasting it as written. It was good both ways, I just adore mango. I didn't miss the sugar or honey. My bananas and strawberries were frozen so that helped to make an extra thick and creamy smoothie, I think.
