Sugar Free Banana Bread Crumble

This is a cozy, rustic variation on a crumble. Typical versions are made with apples or berries, but this is a nice way to use up some bananas. It has a much stonger banana flavor than many banana breads. The apple and raisins ensure there is still texture to the filling.

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine filling ingedients except for bananas, cornstarch and water in a pot. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes until apples are slightly soft. Then add sliced bananas.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in water and then add to filling. Bring to a boil and then remove pot from the heat.
  4. Fully combine all ingredients for topping in a small bowl.
  5. Divide the filling between 4 greased ramekins or put it all into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping over the filling.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
