Banana recipe I found somewhere a long time ago, instead of using regular sugar, its replaced with Splenda.
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs.
- Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add to banana mixture.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
