Banana recipe I found somewhere a long time ago, instead of using regular sugar, its replaced with Splenda.


  1. Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs.
  2. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. Add to banana mixture.
  4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
