I was dissappointed in this recipe. When I tasted the batter, it was bitter tasting. I had to add a bananna and a couple tsp sugar.
I wasn't so enthusiastic about these at first, but they grew on me. I like fudgy, dense brownies, and these were very light and cakey. Not horrible, but not my style. I rated them three stars because I added 1/4 cup honey, an extra 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/8 tsp salt. For denser brownies, I would probably add a little oil, change the baking powder for soda, and lessen the flour a bit- on top of my previous alterations. Better luck next time. I think I'll try #77330.
