We LOVED the flavor of these nuts & I liked finding a new use for a little used spice in my pantry. I doubled the batch and the only change I made was adding 1 teaspoon of french vanilla extract per batch when I stirred in the pumpkin pie spice. Even with the double batch it the listed cooking times were very close & doubled the nuts fit perfectly on a half sheet pan. I made these several days ago & am hoping we can stay out the rest until Thanksgiving. I will definitely be making more for my holiday gift baskets. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! - Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
