Here's a quick, cool fruit dip - goes well with honeydew and raspberries
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 12 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve chilled with fruit for dipping.
I wanted to try this recipe but didn't have plain yogurt. So I decided to only make half and used the 6-ounce size of Yoplait Light Very Vanilla. I also opted for the brown sugar instead of the honey. Cut up an apple and stirred it into the yogurt and ate it for breakfast. Really loved the cinnamon flavor. Yum!
