Very good. I could not find 12 oz. bags of corn. Used 16 oz. bags instead. Had a large crowd. Used 5 (16 oz.) bags of corn and 12 oz. of cream cheese and that was more than plenty, may only use 8 oz. next time. Everyone really enjoyed this and was surprised when I told them how easy it was. Great tasting side dish, that I seasoned with a bit of lemon pepper! Another time I'd like to make it a bit more creamy & serve it as a dip with the large corn scoops on my finger food counter! I fixed this dish for Easter and couldn't have been more pleased; first of all because it was so simple, and secondly because it drew so many favorable comments. A perfect accompaniment for ham!
