This was an easy to put together, tasty and savory dip. I halved the recipe, and omitted the green pepper (personal preference) and milk, as it mixed up well and didn't seem to need the milk. I forgot to set a timer, but knew it was done when it was bubbly around the edges. This was enjoyed by all, and I look forward to making it again! Thanks for sharing Sue's recipe, Brooke

Great dip!!! Made this for our Sunday Football gameday!! My sister makes a very similar dip so knew I would like this dip. I made 1/2 of the recipe for just my 17 yo DS and I, but he didn't care for it, but he doesn't like alot of foods and doesn't count in the rating. When I checked it at 30 mins, it had the milk bubbling on the ends and when I pricked the bell pepper it was still crisp. I ended up cooking it for 60 minutes to get it to my liking and to get rid of the excess liquid. Next time I would just omit the milk, and soften the cream cheese in the microwave, but would definitely make again as this is so addicting stuff!!!! For us, without other appetizers, this works as a 3-4 serving. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
