Sue's Ham Loaf or Ham Balls

My mom's recipe. This recipe can easily be halved, and 4 lb of ham loaf mixture may be substituted for the ground ham and ground beef. When I made this, I used only ground ham and it was also good that way.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix ground meats, eggs, graham crackers, and milk together.
  3. Form into loaf or balls.
  4. Spread topping on meat.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350F for 2 hour (for loaf) or 1 hour (for meatballs). Baste occasionally.
