My aunt has been making this for years and finally gave my mom and I the recipe...it is always requested for parties, potlucks, birthdays and just because. It's really easy too!
This is an amazing and easy way to use fresh-picked berries! The only change I make is to add 1 tsp vanilla to the cake batter. Great with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

We found our thrill... on Blueberry Hill!! I wanted to try something new with fresh blueberries, & this was perfect for our July 4th weekend!! I made exactly as posted, those who found the topping too sweet simply scraped it off, for those of us who love the sugary thing. This not only tastes great, it makes the house smell wonderful as it bakes. Wish I could give this one 10++ stars. Thank you from one very happy family!

I rarely feel like baking, but I did yesterday and tried this recipe out... it is gone already! Yum! Mine did take a full hour to bake and I used frozen blueberries. Yum... I only wish I had whipped cream to put on top! :)
