- 2 (340.19 g) can light chunk tuna in water
- 78.78 ml of regular mayonnaise (or light)
- 9.85 ml lemon juice
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- mix everything and stir vigorously to break chunks.
- chill until cold.

This is incredible tuna salad. I’m not huge tuna fan unless it is sushi but I do enjoy Subway’s Tuna Salad. This is definitely close, but not an exact match since they don’t use lemon juice. However, I prefer this version because it cuts down on the fishy taste. I will always make mine this way now. I did drain my tuna then put it in a tea towel and squeezed out all of the water then through everything in my food processor and 5 quick pulses was perfect! Thank you for sharing.

For those of you who work at subway, did you ever check the list of INGREDIENTS on both the flake tuna and Mayo? Trust me, the mayo is not the usual store bought mayo, it uses lemon instead of vinegar as an emulsifier, and the 'vegetable broth' in the tuna contains several other seasonings that people are trying to emulate.
