  1. Actually, I worked there and its just tuna and mayonnaise. No extras.

  2. It's amazing how just a few ingredients can have such a great taste. This is exactly how Subway makes their tuna. Don't overdo the salt and mayo. I like mine on a hoagie bun with dill pickles and white cheese.

  3. UMM. I used to work for Subway as the food prep person and All that was in the tuna was water packed tuna and heavy mayo, no other seasonings unless it was on the sandwich and the customer asked for it.

  4. This is incredible tuna salad. I’m not huge tuna fan unless it is sushi but I do enjoy Subway’s Tuna Salad. This is definitely close, but not an exact match since they don’t use lemon juice. However, I prefer this version because it cuts down on the fishy taste. I will always make mine this way now. I did drain my tuna then put it in a tea towel and squeezed out all of the water then through everything in my food processor and 5 quick pulses was perfect! Thank you for sharing.

  5. For those of you who work at subway, did you ever check the list of INGREDIENTS on both the flake tuna and Mayo? Trust me, the mayo is not the usual store bought mayo, it uses lemon instead of vinegar as an emulsifier, and the 'vegetable broth' in the tuna contains several other seasonings that people are trying to emulate.
