I was making butter chicken today and to my horror discovered there was no cream. I just mixed up these two ingredients and kept it in the freezer for about 15 minutes and voila it was just like thick cream!

Directions

  1. Take milk powder in a medium sized bowl
  2. Add enough water to make a smooth thick paste (cream like consistency).
  3. Refrigerate and use for dal makhni, buter chicken or paneer makahni.
