  • Special Sauce:

  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared hot mustard, prepared horseradish, minced scallions, chopped fresh dill to bowl. Mix well.
  • Assemble Sandwich:

  • 1. Spread sauce on cut sides of bread slices.
  • 2. Layer ham, roast beef, Genoa salami, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, sliced onion, pepperoncini on one bread slice. Top with remaining slice. Secure with toothpicks.
