I found this is an old Betty Crocker "Party Foods" cookbook and thought they would be cool to fill with leftover turkey/chicken and gravy...add some veggies and they turn into something like pot pies!
- Preheat oven to 425*.
- Toss all ingredient together until moistened and well combined.
- Press mixture into individual casserole dishes or greased jumbo muffin tins. (If you have any left over, you can always sprinkle on top.).
- Fill each with any heated leftover poultry and gravy (and veggies, etc.) you like.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until stuffing edge is light brown.
