  1. This recipe is delicious! I have made it several times. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole-a mini -Thanksgiving! I have also used boneless pork loin chops instead of the chicken and it's equally great! I just use pork flavore stuffing instead of chicken flavored (I use a box of Stove Top for this recipe.)

  2. LOVE this chicken! I took MommyCheryl's advice and cut the chicken and omitted the parmesan and we ate it up!

  3. I was going to post my recipe until I saw this one. We love this dish. The only thing I do differently is to omit the parmesan, as I can't stand it, and I usually cut the chicken breasts into 3-4 pieces before coating them. Less leftovers with the kids that way. Also, this recipe can be made ahead and frozen when the chicken is coated, then thawed and cooked.

  4. I have made this many, many times and my family loves it!!! My father in law who can be picky requested the recipe. Instead of using the butter I use olive oil. It still comes out great!
