Very good stuffed mushrooms and so quick and easy to do. We do like our mushrooms cooked a little more so I roasted them at 350F for 20 minutes, turned out delicious! I just did 4 large mushrooms for the two of us to go with our tilapia supper. I wil be making these again. Thanks for posting.
I added minced green onion and sauteed them with the chopped stems I also added grared Parmesan cheese. Plus I drizzled them with butter. Thanks for the recipe.
These are FAB and sooo easy to make! I cut the recipe in half and followed the recipe exactly. I served them to Mike's aunt and cousin who came for a visit. They raved about them too. So tasty, juicy and a snap to make! I broiled them in my pampered chef deep dish baker and they turned out great! Will definitely make these again! Next time, I just might add a bit of shredded cheese for a nice variation. Thanks Bev - this is definitely a keeper and will be on my menu next time I have guests!
