  1. Very good stuffed mushrooms and so quick and easy to do. We do like our mushrooms cooked a little more so I roasted them at 350F for 20 minutes, turned out delicious! I just did 4 large mushrooms for the two of us to go with our tilapia supper. I wil be making these again. Thanks for posting.

  2. I added minced green onion and sauteed them with the chopped stems I also added grared Parmesan cheese. Plus I drizzled them with butter. Thanks for the recipe.

  3. These are FAB and sooo easy to make! I cut the recipe in half and followed the recipe exactly. I served them to Mike's aunt and cousin who came for a visit. They raved about them too. So tasty, juicy and a snap to make! I broiled them in my pampered chef deep dish baker and they turned out great! Will definitely make these again! Next time, I just might add a bit of shredded cheese for a nice variation. Thanks Bev - this is definitely a keeper and will be on my menu next time I have guests!

  4. These came out terrible. I'm sorry I made this stuffing. Way too much butter and it does not absorb into the dried breadcrumbs leaving them like little butter soaked rocks. It took quite an effort to salvage.

  5. We just had these with dinner and they were a huge hit. In fact I had to hide them from my husband while I finished the rest of the dinner prep!! They were so easy to make, too! I added a clove of garlic to kick it up a little. Thanks for a delicious and easy recipe!
