  • Mix first 7 ingredients.
  • Spread mixture out in a rectangle to the depth of one inch.
  • Mix the next 8 ingredients. Spread on top of the hamburger mixture.
  • Roll up like a Jelly Roll, starting on the long side. Seal edge closed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Mix tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water and pour over the rolled hamburger. Bake an additional 30-45 minutes.
  • Variations:

  • Place 3 Hard Boiled Eggs (sliced) on top of stuffing before rolling up.
  • Parboil potatoes and place around roll before adding sauce mixture.
