These make a great appetizer, can be made ahead and frozen to be baked when ready to serve. My friend Jean shared this recipe with me.


  1. Seed and halve peppers. Brown the sausage and drain well. Add the cream cheese and parmesan and mix together. Stuff pepper halves. bake at 425* for 15 minutes until golden brown.
