Want to try something different this Christmas? A neat appetiser from Arabic cuisine? Here you go! HO HO HO :)
- 8 grape leaves
- 125 g uncooked rice
- 25 g mint leaves, chopped
- 5 g ground cayenne pepper
- 10 g fresh breadcrumbs
- 10 g melted butter
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Stuff this mixture into the wine leaves in the form of spring rolls.
- Steam in an Idli Steamer till the rice is cooked.
- Serve on a bed of tomato sauce.
