This was very tasty, and DH loved, loved, loved it. I used condensed nacho-cheese soup, and added about 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp chili powder. It added a good spicy kick but wasn't too hot. I used shredded cheddar as the topper b/c it's what I had on hand. This made for a quick, very filling meal that I paired with a green salad.
